Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the technical implementation, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform solutions.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
• Integrate D365 with third-party systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Provide technical support and performance tuning for D365 environments.
• Participate in system upgrades and deployment activities.
• Document technical designs and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, finance, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in D365 data model, especially within financial modules.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services.
• Proficiency in programming languages (C++, C#, Python).
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead projects.
