Manager, Program Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Program Management is responsible for oversight of the program, leading a team of Supervisors and serving as a resource for team members. This position manages activities and relationships between team members, the patient community and clients.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 10 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years’ experience.
• Customer service and supervisory experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• High moral and ethical behavior.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business is preferred.
• Experience with managed care and medical billing is a plus.
