Lead Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead, Quality Engineering, is responsible for leveraging a deep knowledge of software quality assurance discipline, quality engineering & automation implementations, and enterprise software development best practices to manage a team of quality engineers and drive quality initiatives to ensure highest quality for IT deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quality engineering and/or QA experience.
• Proven experience in building and managing an Enterprise Testing Center of Excellence.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to command respect.
• Experience in managing quality teams in an onshore/offshore model.
• Broad experience in testing enterprise distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of different software development life cycles.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce applications and automation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with QA metrics.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload with multiple projects.
• Education degree required.
