Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager at EVERSANA is a field-based role focused on providing education on access and reimbursement issues for TPA products in the Portland territory.

In Short

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in key neurology centers.
• Execute collaborative territory plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact frequently with healthcare providers and staff.
• Educate on approved patient access services.
• Review payer policies and ensure patient access.
• Provide feedback on local payer trends.
• Travel up to 60-70% domestically.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3 years of experience in benefit verifications and prior authorizations.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong consultative approach and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in patient access, billing, and coding.
• Ability to educate and train healthcare provider staff.
