Field Reimbursement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting reimbursement and patient access by providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug and educating the office on Payer landscape and services available through both remote interaction and on-site training.

In Short

• Handle Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.

• Travel required, approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong experience with Medicare and Commercial insurance plans.
• Track interactions and activities in CRM.
• Provide education and support for reimbursement challenges.
• Monitor program performance and compile reports.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Experience with Buy & Bill, Retail, and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy.
• Previous field experience and account management experience are a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel and manage a territory effectively.
