Commercial and Product Counsel - Remote

Overview

As Commercial and Product Counsel at Everlaw, you will represent Legal in two critical areas: commercial transactions and product counseling. Reporting directly to the Legal Director - Head of Commercial and Product, you will work cross-functionally to drive Everlaw’s business objectives while mitigating legal risks. In this role, you’ll combine strategic vision with practical expertise to develop scalable legal processes and partnerships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and ensure compliance across product and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Track record of business and solution oriented counseling.
• Proven ability to identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly.
• Skilled in implementing legal processes that streamline operations.
• A proactive problem solver with creative solutions.
• JD or equivalent, licensed in California or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience.
