In Short

• Create, manage, and negotiate various terms and agreements related to strategic partnerships and product initiatives.
• Provide legal advice across many subject areas, including privacy laws and data protection.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal and regulatory advice.
• Provide strategic business and legal advice for long-term relationships with partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in commercial law from global high-tech companies or law firms.
• Juris Doctor/LL.B. plus admission to at least one bar.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Analytical thinking and strong business orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English native speaker.
