As a Lead Patient Engagement Specialist, you will drive the success of the Patient Engagement Specialist team, ensuring high-quality patient experiences and achieving performance goals in a remote healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of telephonic patient engagement or customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and multitasking skills.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Medicare or kidney care is a plus.
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
