Overview

The Customer Service and Support Associate at EverCommerce is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and assisting them with product-related inquiries.

In Short

  • Support customers with product-related questions via phone and email.
  • Educate customers on ACH/Credit Card processing.
  • Onboard new customers with in-depth product walkthroughs.
  • Provide ad-hoc training for customers.
  • Assist the Sales team in building new customer accounts.
  • Express empathy and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Enhance customer relationships through personalized gestures.
  • Master the Studio Director solution for effective guidance.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet short-deadline projects with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year related work experience.
  • Technical software experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be friendly, professional, and relationship-oriented.
  • Strong writing and phone skills are essential.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision.
  • Confident and adaptable self-starter.
  • Team player who can work independently.
