Overview

EverHealth is seeking a Training & Enablement Analyst to design, deliver, and maintain engaging training programs for employees across various teams, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

In Short

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Develop e-learning modules and live workshops using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Collaborate with various teams to align training content with business goals.
• Interpret learning analytics to identify skill gaps.
• Maintain instructional design templates and documentation.
• Provide feedback to learners and stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development.
• Proficiency in Workday Learning and authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Learning or comparable LMS.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
