Overview

The Training Analyst supports the creation, optimization, and evaluation of training programs and documentation across the organization, ensuring learning materials are effective and aligned with business needs.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the training and documentation team to design, update, and maintain learning content.
  • Analyse training needs and develop learning solutions.
  • Gather and interpret data on training effectiveness and learner performance.
  • Support the development of instructional materials including eLearning modules and manuals.
  • Assist in maintaining the learning management system (LMS).
  • Coordinate with SMEs to validate content accuracy.
  • Monitor training feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to branding and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in training development or documentation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with training authoring tools and LMS platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
