Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects and establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) within EverPro, a business unit of EverCommerce.

• Establish PMO frameworks and processes for consistent project delivery.
• Drive large-scale transformation projects, including systems consolidation.
• Collaborate with Ops Solution Managers for project planning.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across various departments.

• Ensure quality assurance for all project deliverables.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and establishing PMOs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of business operations and project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management.
• Experience with systems like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel to corporate headquarters or other locations as needed.
