Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a proactive and systems-minded Project Manager/Senior Project Manager who acts as the glue between teams and tasks—someone who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a creative, sometimes chaotic environment. Reporting directly to one of the founders, you’ll play a central role in operationalizing workflows, owning Monday.com project spaces, and supporting internal initiatives.

In Short

• Own and manage project boards and workflows within Monday.com.
• Build, document, and train the team on new systems and procedures.
• Track deliverables and deadlines across teams.
• Oversee basic financial tracking systems and draft invoices.
• Monitor all operations-based active projects.
• Conduct research for new initiatives and lead implementation of updates.
• Identify process gaps and take initiative to close them.
• Experience in operations or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, or program coordination.
• Strong fluency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Ability to create automations and standardize processes.
• Comfortable with cross-functional team coordination.
• High level of self-direction and initiative.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or creative agency.
