Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs.
• Preferred: Experience in direct mail programs.
