• Manage a team of Demand Generation Managers.
• Support and provide leadership regarding strategy and results for clients.
• Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels.
• Develop relationships with client contacts and drive referrals.
• Ensure team meets/exceeds revenue goals.
• Conduct monthly growth audits for each client.
• Own the performance management process for Demand Generation Managers.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in paid media, including 2+ years in an agency.
• 2-3+ years of team management experience.
• Proven expertise in paid search and paid social.
• Experience in LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads is a plus.
• SEO experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Constant learner with enthusiasm for personal growth.
