Overview

As the Director of Demand Generation at Sweep, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that supports our revenue and growth objectives.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy aligned to company pipeline and growth goals
  • Own and optimize paid media channels to drive qualified pipeline
  • Manage website optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Build and scale email nurture and lifecycle programs
  • Lead targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with Field Marketing and Sales
  • Activate non-traditional channels to tap into new audience segments
  • Collaborate with SDRs and sales teams on lead flow and campaign feedback
  • Partner with field marketing to integrate campaigns with regional programs
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and freelancers for campaign execution
  • Own and report on funnel metrics from engagement to revenue

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth or digital marketing
  • Proven ability to create and scale programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in paid media and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leading and coordinating external agencies and freelancers
  • Highly analytical with a strong grasp of funnel performance and ROI optimization
  • Skilled at partnering cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Budget ownership experience
