In Short

  • Create and execute a winning strategy to grow revenue, boost profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, industries, and customer needs
  • Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients
  • Track and analyze sales, revenue, invoices, and key performance metrics
  • Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline
  • Provide prompt and reliable feedback and after-sales support
  • Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of third party logistics (3PL) sales and operations experience
  • Transferrable book of business - direct relationships with shippers
  • Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Strong customer sales ability
  • Proficient in MS Office, emphasis in Excel
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with ability to influence execution
  • Travel is required based on operational and customer needs
