Overview

As a Track and Trace Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every shipment is flawlessly tracked and delivered, working closely with our carrier sales team to keep customers informed and address any roadblocks.

In Short

• Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Identify and escalate shipment issues
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries
• Update and maintain load information in the system
• Collaborate with carrier sales teams and account managers
• Follow up with past and future loads
• Assist with obtaining EFS codes
• Upload documents and follow SOPs
• Adapt to customer requirements
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong sense of urgency
