The Track and Trace Specialist is a detail-oriented role focused on monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Monitor and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Identify and escalate shipment issues
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries
• Update load information in the system
• Collaborate with carrier sales teams and account managers
• Follow up on past and future loads
• Assist with obtaining EFS codes
• Upload documents and follow SOPs
• Adapt to changing customer requirements
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of high volume customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Strong sense of urgency
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
