ERP Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive ERP Support Specialist to join our ERP Team to support both our ongoing transition to Workday & our existing SAP landscape. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to grow into a well-rounded ERP expert with exposure to technical and functional aspects of enterprise systems, integrations, and business processes.

In Short

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for end users across Workday and SAP.
• Assist with ticket resolution and user access issues.
• Monitor and triage support tickets from various tools.
• Document support processes and FAQs.
• Support ERP integrations and system testing during updates.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Help onboard and train new ERP users.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and propose system improvements.
• Gain a deep understanding of ERP systems and processes.
• Participate in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• A university degree or relevant vocational training in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Initial exposure or interest in Workday and/or SAP systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools or IT support environments.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and basic integration principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
