Junior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a junior software engineer with knowledge of full stack application development to help deliver an exciting roadmap of transformational work across the Forensics divisions in the UK and Europe.

In Short

• Work with other developers, testers, and the product owner.
• Design and implement technical solutions.
• Front end SPA development with Blazor.
• .NET Core API development with C#.
• Maintain team documentation wikis.
• Contribute to tech decisions with the team.
• Increase development experience and knowledge.
• Iteration planning and estimation.
• Understand software functionality and troubleshooting.
• Build sustainable and scalable APIs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of software development life cycles in an agile environment.
• Experience with front-end SPA frameworks.
• Practical experience building APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Experience with GIT source control.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment experience.
• Understanding of Test Driven Development.
• Experience with Hangfire, RabbitMQ, or MongoDB is desirable.
