Inside Sales Associate - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and helping customers navigate their DNA testing options. This position offers the opportunity to work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training and meeting required performance metrics.

In Short

• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details.
• Quickly understand and analyze customer needs to provide logical solutions.
• Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity when handling confidential or emotional inquiries.
• Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day.
• Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership.
• Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Able to document information in an application while on an active call.
• Follow DDC procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong persuasive communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Results-driven and able to maintain goals.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Ability to uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior.
• Completion of HIPAA training.
