Consumer Products Assurance Audit Manager - Remote

Overview

The core responsibility of the Consumer Products Assurance Audit Experienced Auditor is to support the growth of the local Consumer Product Assurance business in audits – primarily social compliance audits – through managing executions in the region and participating as a member of the global audit management team to support audit activities across global markets.

• Manage all elements of audit execution within the United States.
• Identify, engage and develop audit staff.
• Ensure compliance with APSCA requirements.
• Work with global counterparts on audit related services.
• Monitor changes in market drivers.
• Provide customer support for large global accounts.
• Continuously research and monitor the Americas market.
• Support implementation of global audit strategy.
• Develop proposals for enhancing market position.
• Support technical input for operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in professional services and/or auditing.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing teams.
• Significant knowledge of audit subject matter.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and standards.
• Technical aptitude and training skills.
• APSCA and CSCA certifications.
