As a Senior Backend Engineer at Ethyca, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data privacy and AI governance. You'll be responsible for leading the development of Fides, our innovative operating system designed to enhance trust and safety in data-driven technologies across diverse industries.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience writing production-grade web applications or services.
• Expertise with Python 3 and web frameworks.
• Proficient with data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB.
• Fluent with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Love writing tests for everything you do.
• Experience with open source projects is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable with agile processes and best practices.
