Director of Deployment Strategy - Remote

In Short

• Lead and scale Ethyca’s client-facing deployment team.
• Develop and implement standardized deployment playbooks.
• Own executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for ongoing deployments.
• Act as a consultative solution partner during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
• Measure and optimize team throughput.
• Hire selectively and intentionally as the team scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, forward deployment, technical program management, or solution consulting.
• Proven success leading complex, global enterprise deployments.
• Experience building operational systems for scaling client delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Executive presence for navigating enterprise client conversations.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of data privacy laws and AI governance is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience at companies with structured deployment models.
