• Ensure impactful and compliant client communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or financial services.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience translating client requirements into solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies for user engagement.
• Exceptional ability to translate client needs into product features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
