In Short

• Lead on identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities for growth and operational excellence.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Communicate strategy and results across organizational boundaries.
• Drive M&A processes including market scans, target valuation, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with business leaders on strategy development.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective targets for acquisition.
• Support post-acquisition integration efforts.
• Build a network of industry contacts to inform strategic discussions.
• 10+ years experience in consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

• 10+ years experience at a leading management consulting or investment banking role.
• Excellent valuation and analytical skills.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems analytically.
• Agile self-starter with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible environments.
