  • Technical affinity and ability to quickly familiarize with new tools and software products.
  • Self-organization and ability to keep track of multiple parallel tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
