Overview

The Service Delivery Analyst role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver professional services for client engagements, focusing on the Court Management Solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Engagement Manager and Solutions Engineer.
  • Support service delivery with C-Track and Case Center solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and configure software solutions.
  • Provide customer training and support.
  • Manage and deliver on service level agreements.

  • Provide on-call support based on client needs.
  • Travel to client sites as required.

  • Possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized with problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for learning complex systems.
  • Ability to gather and communicate technical details.
  • Understanding of judicial/court processes is preferred.
