Overview

The Service Desk Analyst provides end-user support, assists in creating documentation for recurring tasks, and helps set up user accounts while diagnosing and resolving technical problems.

In Short

  • Perform day-to-day support work for end users.
  • Create and delete user accounts.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and backup support for the US Support team.
  • Work closely with Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic and moderate technical problems.
  • Operate under defined processes and procedures.
  • Make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.
  • Work during night shifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members effectively.

Requirements

  • BS in IT or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Experience with Virtual Machines and Citrix.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of IT and insurance terminology preferred.
