Overview

The Sales Account Manager will focus on developing and expanding existing customer relationships, driving qualified opportunities, and supporting software presentations and demonstrations in partnership with cross-functional teams.

In Short

  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with your customer base.
  • Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio.
  • Active outreach to new sites, users, and key stakeholders within your existing accounts.
  • Partner with Consultants and Customer Success teams to expand use cases, drive satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
  • Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
  • Proven track managing accounts and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
