Overview

The Account Manager (Sales) at Tripleview Technologies will drive revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities in the public sector.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
  • Drive revenue through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and new license opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and business drivers.
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Professional Services, and Product teams.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity.
  • Support contract discussions and renewal negotiations.
  • Maintain records in CRM tools for visibility and reporting.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions (B2B preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage a quota and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
