Overview

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and closing renewals and upsells across PAR Punchh’s client portfolio, ensuring a seamless renewal process and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage renewals and upsells for client portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth through uplifts and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure timely completion of all renewals.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to optimize contract value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for client health alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends to inform renewal tactics.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in renewals or sales.
  • Proven track record in meeting renewal targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
