Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable training in HR or personnel management.
  • Several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international company.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent working style with quick comprehension.
  • Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills.
  • High social competence and resilience.
