Overview

We are looking for a technically proficient person for one our Customer Solutions Teams in Bad Säckingen! Hybrid work possible! Are you an experienced Application Manager / Operations Engineer in the Microsoft Tech Stack, knowledgeable about software application support? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!

In Short

• Drive the planning, implementation, and operation of our SaaS Enterprise solution Shiftconnector®.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge in the administration of web applications, databases, and server operating systems.
• Prior knowledge in handling interfaces/REST APIs.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is advantageous.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable field.
• Experience with cloud technology.
• Knowledge of common cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and SQL.
• Quality-oriented and a team player.
• Ability to handle complex tasks independently.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
