Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to find the best talents of today and tomorrow! This role involves developing our recruiting landscape and fostering team spirit in an innovative work environment.

In Short

  • Manage the global recruiting process from application screening to onboarding.
  • Organize trial work days and ensure a positive candidate journey.
  • Support employees with HR-related topics in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Represent the company at talent acquisition events and career fairs.
  • Develop strategies for local talent marketing and employer branding.
  • Continuously improve the recruiting process.
  • Oversee the organizational support for students and trainees.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and generalist HR work.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Digital affinity to advance recruiting in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in the industry or a SaaS company is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Personio is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Enjoy working with diverse people and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • A true team player with high self-motivation.
