PSMF Associate - Remote

Overview

The PSMF Associate is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and review of client Pharmacovigilance System Master Files, ensuring compliance with global regulations and client requirements.

In Short

• Manage and maintain PSMF for clients.
• Author and revise PSMF documents.
• Conduct quality check reviews and track PSMF activities.
• Attend PSMF meetings with clients and internal employees.
• Provide training in the PSMF area.
• Update PSMF related quality documents.
• Fulfill tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences preferred (pharmacy, nursing, etc.).
• Some experience or knowledge of Pharmacovigilance required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Management skills for time and issue management.
• Excellent communication skills.
