Remote Corporate & Commercial Paralegal

Overview

Equivity is seeking an experienced Remote Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to support attorneys handling a variety of business and corporate matters, including corporate governance, contract management, commercial disputes, and matters involving confidential business information, trade secrets, and related intellectual property issues.

In Short

• Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation and corporate records.
• Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements.
• Support attorneys with commercial litigation and business disputes.
• Assist with document review, discovery preparation, and case organization.
• Organize and maintain sensitive business records and confidential documentation.
• Prepare document summaries, timelines, and exhibits for attorney review.
• Maintain and track corporate filings and compliance requirements.
• Manage files and documentation within firm case management systems.
• Communicate with attorneys and team members for project efficiency.
• Help maintain accurate records and ensure matters remain organized.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate, business, commercial litigation, or intellectual property paralegal experience.
• Experience with corporate governance documents and business agreements.
• Familiarity with confidentiality agreements and NDAs.
• Experience assisting with business disputes or litigation matters preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment.
