Overview

The Senior Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials for Binge Eating Disorder treatment.

Requirements

• PhD in psychology or related field.
• 2+ years experience in treating Binge Eating Disorder.
• Experience developing clinical protocols or services.
• Understanding of enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficient in Powerpoint or Google Slides.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
