People Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Associate will support People Operations functions by executing processes across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining employee records in our HRIS.

In Short

• Manage the People Team inbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Manage offboarding procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports on workforce trends.
• Assist in optimizing HRIS functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows.
• Support ad hoc People Team projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR administrative roles.
• Experience in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
