Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer or patient success roles.
  • Previous management or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Proficient with digital communication tools.
