Overview

The Clinical Partnerships Representative drives patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across a multi-state territory with healthcare and community organizations. They represent Equip's mission, connect people to treatment, and require an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach.

In Short

  • Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
  • Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations.
  • Regular field travel in key markets such as Raleigh or Charlotte.
  • Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with various departments.
  • Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Effectively plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with the target professional audience.
  • Deeply understand the specific territory’s needs and position Equip as a solution for providers.
  • Identify inactive providers and create actionable plans to re-engage.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to create a stellar referral process for provider partners.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Must reside in North Carolina with a strong preference for candidates based in the Greater Raleigh or Charlotte area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence.
  • Effective communication, rapport-building, and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals.
  • Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Critical thinking for navigating challenges and rapid change.
