Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager - Demand Partnerships to join our team in Colombia. Our team is made up of energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our media services and ad tech products to the market each day - working with clients across agencies, in-house brand teams, and platform partners.

In Short

  • Manage a high volume of daily prospect-to-client meetings
  • Define target markets/verticals, prospect generation processes, and pipelines
  • Conduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with agencies and advertisers
  • Execute the complete sales lifecycle of potential agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing to create custom auction packages
  • Develop a deep understanding of the programmatic market
  • Articulate and address technical issues
  • Operate and grow business with digital buyers
  • Sell Equativ's media solutions
  • Build strong relationships with buyers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • +5 years in digital sales with proven track record
  • Hands-on experience with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs
  • Sales-oriented, hunter mentality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creative mindset
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset
