Overview

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective customers
  • Field large volumes of inbound calls and chats
  • Own the digital-onboarding experience for customers
  • Resolve customer issues and queries at first contact
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization
  • Participate in training and development programs

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • Previous banking experience is an asset
  • Strong ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to understand and use different software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
