Overview

The HR Coordinator serves as a key partner in supporting HR functions. The HR Coordinator's primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative support to HR, ensuring smooth daily operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and stakeholders.
  • Answer frequently asked questions related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Administer staffing and payroll changes through ADP.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with compliance tracking and audits.
  • Support HR events and logistics.
  • Process HR mail and prepare correspondence.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • HR or related degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and sound judgment.
