  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Provide commercial support for customers and assist in Salesforce management.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of AV products and communicate effectively.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Drive the closure of sales orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the external sales team and technical experts.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Commit to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Technical aptitude for AV products and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
