Overview

As the Global Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the entire service delivery process for our Enterprise Network Infrastructure Operations organization, ensuring the successful execution and management of our services for our customers.

• Lead the Enterprise Network Operations service delivery team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a senior leadership role within IT infrastructure services.
• Strong experience in managing global Network Infrastructure operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Network Operations and service delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are desirable.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
