PremierOne Remote System Administrator

Overview

The PremierOne Remote System Admin will support customer sites by performing scheduled administrative and maintenance activities on the PremierOne System, contributing to public safety.

• Provide tailored technical customer operations support.
• Develop strategies for operational efficiencies.
• Execute customer operations policies and procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for patching and antivirus management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns and gather requirements.
• Oversee execution of patches and updates.
• Identify system improvements and perform periodic maintenance.
• Run diagnostics and provide system performance reporting.
• Assist with database system backups.
• Work with customers on vulnerability resolution procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of IT or public safety experience.
• Experience with public safety applications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Experience with virtualization software.
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Must pass a background check.
