• Deliver operational and project commitments to clients.
• Provide exceptional support to clients.
• Escalate customer support requirements as needed.
• Manage the integrity and security of clients’ data and systems.
• Implement and maintain Remote Access Systems.
• Manage phone systems as required.
• Ensure security administration and updates.
• Maintain domain policies and integrated systems.
• Keep client documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Microsoft Associate Level Certification preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
