In Short

• Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, and servers.
• Manage operating systems, hardware, and software with a focus on security and reliability.
• Administer Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Monitor and maintain company servers, including email, database, and file servers.
• Implement and manage network infrastructure.
• Ensure the security of company systems through backup policies and malware protection.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technological solutions.
• Handle advanced IT support requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS) and their configurations.
• Experience with web server technologies and virtualization.
• IT security management skills, including firewalls, antivirus, patch management, and backups.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work independently and in teams.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with IT tools (PC) and digital tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (or equivalent Google Suite).

The hiring and contractual framework will be evaluated during the interview and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

The job will be performed at the Salerno office and 50% remotely if preferred.

Candidates with knowledge of the Utilities sector and fluency in English (at least B2 level) are preferred.
